1. What payment methods does Allcartpro accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments must be made in USD (United States Dollars).

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Your order will only be processed once the payment has been successfully received and authorized. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is complete.

If your payment is declined:

5. What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?

Orders placed by 11:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the next business day.

6. How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit time: 5 to 8 business days after your order has shipped.

7. Do you charge for shipping?

No, we offer FREE shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow the delivery progress.

9. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Label: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

11. Can I exchange an item?

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

12. When will I receive my refund?
